Shipping Policy
We make shipments personally, by mail or other companies. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Please make sure to triple-check your address, as Ti.Pur Art de la Terra is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or the closure of the business and is "returned to sender," Ti.Pur Art de la Terra is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We will gladly resend your package to a different address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs for the reshipment.
Please note that Ti.Pur Art de La Terra is not responsible for delays in transportation or for products damaged once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times or what happens during transit once the packages are handed over to the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS IN PROCESS
International orders are shipped via the least expensive method to save you costs. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all tariffs and customs charges (if any). Ti.Pur Art de la Terra is not financially responsible for the payment of these fees. International orders may take between 7 and 28 days to arrive once shipped. Please check the provided tracking information if you have any questions.
Each and every "returned to sender" package that occurs due to an incorrect address, closed business, or undeliverable address is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Packages weighing more than 2 kilograms will cost significantly more.
