Damaged or lost packages must be reported to the carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.

We carefully pack each candle/product, but if your candle arrives broken or damaged, please send an email to tipurartdelaterra@gmail.com with a photo of your damaged candle within 24 hours of receipt.
